SUMMARY

Belgian's first digital coin published by a bank is the Kate Coin. It offers new benefits to the ever-growing KBC customer base by providing discounts, cashbacks and new payment methods in the future.

ROLE

At the core of the ideation team, I am the main product designer; developing requests (business, markets, IT..) into tangible ideas, using wireframes and sketches to create a meaningful backlog. On top of that of that, roadmap forming is a key aspect where I define how we could solve certain problems in in what order that we could do it. Strategising the product and expand it into international markets is also a key responsibility. From feature, to pixels, to designs and the overall roadmap, I am involved.

OUTPUT

Kate Coin launched in multiple steps - a strong pivot was needed and was achieved over a short amount of time. The rebirth of the product was met with acclaim and we expect to extend our strategic partnerships and smart features soon.
